Dr. Marijuana Pepsi Vandyck is the founder and executive director of Action As Empowerment Consulting & Solutions, LLC. She has over 25 years of experience directing, teaching, coordinating, and consulting in colleges/universities, K-12 school districts, and with community based organizations and non-profit programs.
Dr. Vandyck holds a PhD in Higher Education Leadership, a Masters degree in Higher Education Administration, and a Bachelors degree in Education.
Her research, educational and speaking interests include college access, persistence and graduation, and factors impacting academic achievement in marginalized student populations and youth aging out of the foster care system.
As a long time real estate business owner and a proponent and ambassador of low cost and debt free living, Dr. Vandyck also teaches alternate ways to create multiple streams of income through real estate investing, debt free living, and homesteading.
